Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

During high-volume launches, promotions, or restocks, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Kash & Co Body Care is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
