All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Approved issues will be resolved at our discretion with a replacement or store credit.


Shipping Policy

Kash & Co Body Care is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.


Product Use & Allergies

Our products are for external use only. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test prior to full use. Kash & Co Body Care is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
